1. General Information
Eternitive operates as a multi-brand fashion retailer offering authentic luxury and designer products, both online and in-store.
Our services include:
Sale of in-stock products from our showroom and website
Personal Shopper service for luxury designer brands
Fashion Advisor (free consultation service)
By using our website, social media channels, or communication platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.), you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Authenticity Guarantee
Every product sold by Eternitive is 100% authentic.
We source exclusively from:
Official brand boutiques, or
Authorized resellers with valid documentation
Each item is accompanied by original packaging and, when applicable, authenticity cards, dust bags, and invoices.
Eternitive is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized third-party resales.
3. Personal Shopper Service
Our Personal Shopper service allows clients to order luxury items from brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chanel, Hermès, Cartier, YSL, Goyard, Gucci, and others.
Orders are placed on behalf of the client directly with the brand or authorized reseller.
Delivery time is typically up to 5 business days after confirmation.
Full payment is required before processing international or boutique orders.
Once an order has been confirmed and purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Eternitive provides live photos and videos from boutiques as proof before shipping.
4. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may vary depending on the brand, size, model, or sourcing cost.
Products displayed as “in stock” are available at fixed prices and are not subject to discount, unless otherwise stated.
Eternitive reserves the right to adjust prices or correct typographical errors at any time.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
Cash on delivery (within Albania only)
Bank transfer
PayPal or card payments (for international orders)
All transactions are processed securely.
Eternitive does not store credit card details.

Delays caused by customs or couriers are outside Eternitive’s control.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Eternitive accepts exchanges within 24 hours of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases of proven damage, defect, or authenticity issue verified by our team.
Custom or Personal Shopper orders cannot be returned or exchanged once confirmed.

8. Outlet & Sale Items
All outlet and discounted items are final sale and non-returnable.
Eternitive guarantees full authenticity on all sale and outlet pieces.
9. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
However, small variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
Eternitive is not liable for minor discrepancies in visual representation.
10. Client Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have provided accurate and complete information for billing and delivery.
You agree to pay the total amount for your confirmed order.
Eternitive is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses or contact details provided by the client.
11. Limitation of Liability
Eternitive is not liable for:
Delays in delivery due to external courier or customs issues
Product misuse or damage after purchase
Typographical or technical errors on the website
Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Eternitive website — including logos, text, graphics, images, and videos — is the property of Eternitive or its content suppliers.
Any reproduction, modification, or unauthorized use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We protect your data through secure servers and never share it with unauthorized parties.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Albania.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled under Albanian jurisdiction.
